Train with purpose this summer at ISCC Sports Performance. Our summer programs help athletes move better, get stronger, improve speed, and build confidence heading into fall sports and the next competitive season.
Whether your athlete is just beginning or already competing at a high level, ISCC Sports Performance delivers expert coaching in a high-energy environment built for results. Each program is available 1x or 2x a week.
- 1x per week for 4 weeks: $119

Ages 10–14
Mondays & Wednesdays | 6:00–6:45 PM (with Conner)
Develop the athletic foundation every young athlete needs.
Athletes will improve:
- Speed mechanics
- Coordination
- Strength fundamentals
- Agility & movement skills
- Confidence in sports performance training

Middle School Athletic Development (with Tim)
Tuesday & Thursday | 5:30–6:15 PM
The perfect introduction to strength and athletic development for middle school athletes.
Athletes learn:
- Proper lifting technique
- Speed & agility mechanics
- Injury prevention
- Body control & coordination
- Athletic confidence
This program teaches athletes how to safely and effectively train for long-term success.

High School Girls Strength Program (with Alex)

Built specifically for female athletes.
This program focuses on:
- Strength development
- ACL injury prevention

Perfect for athletes preparing for fall sports or looking to elevate performance year-round.
